We spoke with Surbhi Surana, the owner of Esthetic Perfection, about her background, her experiences, and the types of the many services offered at Esthetic Perfection, such as facial threading, full-body waxing, facials, and lash extensions.
N4U: How did you become interested in esthetics?
I used to watch my mother thread and began to experiment with threading myself at the age of nine. Over time, I perfected this talent and began threading friends. Eventually, I realized the demand for threading as well as the demand for other beauty services, so I decided to pursue studies in esthetics. Originally, I opened the salon under the name, Surbhi's Touch of India; however, I have since renamed the business Esthetic Perfection to better reflect the services we offer.
What is unique about Esthetic Perfection?
Facial threading is a skilled technique and not widely available. We also offer Brazilian waxing. Brazilian waxing must be administered correctly, or hair will remain. At Esthetic Perfection, the hair is gone! We also provide all of our services in a relaxing atmosphere, and we are proud to be a sterile spa, as we do not “double dip” wax.
What are the most requested services?
Although all of our services (facials, make-up applications, and eyelash extensions) are quite popular, the most frequently requested services would be Brazilian waxing and facial threading.
What are your hours?
Our clients lead busy lives; therefore, we schedule by appointment only, seven days a week, to accommodate them.
