If Fox’s past lectures of this type are any indicator, he will most likely focus on why The Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), which critics have called unconstitutional and part of a North American Union (NAU), is necessary and why the U.S. needs to adopt an immigration bill like McCain/Kennedy.
