N4U: When did 5FDP
first begin playing music as a band?
5FDP: I heard some of
Zoltan’s demos back in '05. I really liked them and he and I agreed to get
together and work on them. Within a couple of months we were tracking the
record before we were even a band.
Is there a song or
two that you think are just perfect and why?
I think “The Way of the Fist” pretty much
represents our sound and what we wanted to accomplish with our music, which is
come out of the gate swinging!
How have your ideas
changed musically and stylistically over the years?
Sure. We write
whatever we feel at the time. Sometimes there will be a batch of songs that
sound similar and then there will be a different one that pops out. You never
really know what's going to come.
What’s your proudest
moment as a band?
Finding out “The
Bleeding” went Top Ten!
What are some of your
favorite albums and why?
A Very Snoopy Christmas! I don't even know why! I just like it! Or, Obituary Cause of Death!

What’s coming up in
your future with 5FDP?
We're touring with
Disturbed starting April 27th which lasts for six weeks or so, then
we are on the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour with Slipknot among many other killer
bands. I’d like to mention that the new single “Never Enough” is available
