A restaurant where deep-fried bacon, a half pound pork chop sandwich, stromboli, chicken and dumplings, and hand-cut and battered mozzarella sticks live in harmony with certified Angus beef burgers, fresh salads, thin-crust pizza, and a Buffalo wings selection that could entice the dead.

TGI Friday’s® – attached to the side of Eastland Mall, as they have been for a decade now, with all their crazy Star-Wars-masks-on-surfboards décor, their jittery red-and-white-striped tablecloths, and their mismatched low-hanging lights – TGI Friday’s® over at the mall is making really awesome food!

A very famous chain restaurant had as its major marketing message the phrase, “Have it Your Way.” Their statement was a counterpoint to other chains’ inflexibility – you couldn’t have it your way at the other mega-chain-box places.
